Like many consulting firms, ICW has worked with external recruiters.
Sometimes the match was right. Sometimes it wasn’t. In highly technical consulting, small details matter - certifications, security classification, specific cloud experience, language requirements.

Instead of filtering endlessly, Åke spends his time with candidates who already meet the baseline requirements. Many roles require Swedish. Some are security-classified. Certifications matter. Location matters. Cloud expertise in Azure and AWS must be documented.
