Q&A with Jonathan
1. What do you do at Talentium, and what does a typical day look like for you?
I’m the Head of Sales, currently building and scaling our GTM team. On a typical day I might be cold calling, running customer meetings, coaching the team, interviewing new hires or working on strategy.
I love the mix. That’s exactly what it’s all about when working in a fast-paced start-up.
2. What excited you most about joining Talentium?
The chance to redefine how hiring works at its core - bringing back the human aspect of the profession. Instead of spending hours doomscrolling through candidates and screening CVs, we allow our customers to do what they do best. Talk to and engage with people again.
3. How would you describe Talentium’s culture in one sentence?
It’s a beautiful mix of getting shit done and caring for each other. We’re truly winning and learning as a team.
4. If you weren’t doing this job, what would you be doing instead?
I don’t know.. I’m sales through and through. But I love skiing and cooking, so maybe a skiing chef somewhere in the Alps.
5. What impact do you hope to make here at Talentium?
Building the best GTM team in the world. Bold? Yes. But aim for the stars and you might end up in the clouds.
