Talentium joins Forum för innanförskap - advancing a more inclusive future of hiring

Talentium, an AI-native hiring platform, has joined Forum för innanförskap – a national initiative mobilizing the business community to create more pathways to employment and education for young people at risk of exclusion from the labor market in Sweden.

The initiative brings together companies across industries with the ambition to mobilize 1,000 organizations and help 100,000 young individuals access jobs and education over the next decade.

By joining the initiative, Talentium strengthens its commitment to rethinking how hiring works – shifting away from time-consuming, process-heavy recruitment toward a more human and inclusive approach.

“Hiring, as it works today, is fundamentally broken. Too much time is spent on administrative tasks, leaving too little time to actually understand people. For us, joining Forum för innanförskap is a natural extension of our mission: to open up the job market and make it more fair,” says Märta Hyding Ghatan, COO of Talentium.

Talentium’s platform enables recruiters to focus on what truly matters: understanding candidates and assessing their skills, potential, and ability to grow – by removing much of the manual work from the hiring process.

This shift leads to better hiring decisions. Instead of relying primarily on CVs or past experience recruiters are better equipped to evaluate qualities such as problem-solving ability, curiosity, and collaboration.

In turn, this creates better conditions for more inclusive hiring and helps address structural exclusion in the labor market. More young people – especially those without established networks – get a fair chance to be seen.

Forum för innanförskap aims to drive long-term, structural change – moving beyond isolated initiatives and placing businesses at the center of building a more inclusive and sustainable labor market.
